Private pay is a great option if you don't have insurance, prefer not to use insurance for privacy reasons, or want to avoid the limitations that insurance companies sometimes place on treatment. We offer competitive rates and accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and all major Credit Cards including HSA and FSA cards. For out-of-network clients, we provide a detailed Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Individual therapy sessions are $160 for 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are $185 for 50 minutes. These rates are competitive for the Eugene/Springfield area.
Yes. We accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, as well as all major credit cards, cash, check, and Venmo.
A Superbill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnostic codes and procedure codes. You can submit it to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients recoup 40-80% of their session cost.
We evaluate sliding scale requests on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, please reach out and we'll work together to find a solution.
