Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy really free with OHP?

Yes. For the vast majority of Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members, mental health counseling is a covered benefit with $0 copay and $0 deductible. We bill OHP directly so you don't have to worry about the cost.

Can I do telehealth with OHP?

Absolutely. OHP fully covers telehealth video sessions. This means you can receive quality care from the comfort of your home in Eugene, Springfield, or anywhere in Lane County without needing transportation.

Do you take Trillium OHP?

Yes. We are now fully contracted with Trillium Community Health Plan. We also accept OHP "Open Card". Please note that we are no longer in-network with PacificSource Community Solutions for OHP.

How long are the sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are typically 50-53 minutes long. The intake appointment (your first visit) may be slightly longer to gather your history and establish goals.

I was on PacificSource OHP — am I now covered by Trillium?

Yes — as of February 2026, Lane County OHP members who were previously covered under PacificSource Community Solutions have transitioned to Trillium Community Health Plan as their Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). If you were on PacificSource OHP in Lane County, you are now a Trillium member. We are contracted with Trillium and are accepting new clients now.

Do you offer group therapy covered by Trillium OHP?

Yes. We are launching an 8-week group therapy series in Eugene in 2026, billed under CPT code 90853 and fully covered for Trillium OHP members. Learn more and join the interest list →
